3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not provided once services are activated or credits are used. In case of technical issues from our side (e.g., failure to deliver messages or API downtime), we will offer a resolution in the form of:
Re-credits (where applicable), or
Replacement of the undelivered service (upon validation).
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Resolutions will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving a valid complaint.
